Ryan has several years of experience in providing tax, legal, and corporate services such as incorporation and post-registration with various government agencies, corporate restructuring, settlement of tax disputes before revenue officers, Computerized Accounting System registrations, Securities and Exchange Commission applications, and customs compliance and audit investigations.

Ryan graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Philippines – Diliman and obtained his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda University. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
