A co-founder of RT&Co Manny has an extensive experience in the accounting profession and was a Senior Partner at the previous firm where he held several leadership positions. He has provided audit and advisory services to leading companies in different industries such as utilities and power generation, port services, land transport, broadcasting, real estate, oil refinery, steel manufacturing, and banks.

Cocoy is a co-founder of the firm. He has broad experience in the accounting profession from client servicing to handling several leadership positions both in the firm and in several organizations. He has provided audit and advisory services to different companies engaged in agri-business, utilities, financial institutions, real estate and construction, manufacturing, cooperatives, port services, educational institutions, and others.

Mildred is a co-founder of the firm who headed several leadership positions in the area of advisory. She specializes in strategic management, market research and assessment, management and operations review, transaction and financial advisory, business process improvement, and internal audit.

Manny is a co-founder of RT&Co. Manny has experience in pioneering several offices in different locations and was successful in capturing the assurance engagements of several major international subsidiaries and top local companies. His expertise includes trading, manufacturing, hotel, utility , shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and port operation industries. He had experience in handling financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and investment firms. He handled several large engagements with publicly listed and multinational companies, including responsibility as a Global Engagement Partner in one of these companies.

A co-founder of RT&Co., Boy specializes in handling cases with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, including protests, refunds, and requests for rulings. He also handles corporate restructuring and reorganization. Some of his clients are in power generation, utilities, and manufacturing industries, including those registered with the BOI and PEZA.

The Audit Division of RT&Co has the broadest coverage in the firm, with over 400 certified public accountants catering to the firm’s varied clients. Among these 400 CPAs are 70 managers, all of whom have gained rank over time thanks to the skill, proficiency, efficiency, and ability to embody RT&Co’s values. The professionals under this division have acquired training on the field locally and internationally, executing audit duties in countless industries.

The Tax Division of RT&Co is composed of over 120 tax professionals, each specializing in different areas within the practice. The firm is home to 90 certified public accountants as well as an average of 30 lawyers. RT&Co takes on a highly specialized advisory role in dealing with several of its clients.
