Santhy is one of the pioneer employees of RT&Co. He has extensive audit experience and has managed audit and non-audit engagements in various industries, including agriculture, construction and real estate, cooperatives, retail and distribution, manufacturing, food and accommodation, and healthcare, among others.

He is actively engaged in the professional community, serving as Director for the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Davao City Chapter since 2017. He currently represents the firm in both the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the American Chamber of Commerce Davao. He was honored as the 2024 Most Distinguished College of Accounting Education Alumnus by the University of Mindanao in the field of Public Practice.

Santhy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Mindanao and is a Certified Public Accountant.
