The BIR Circularizes the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) as of September 2023

Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693, other known as the “Microfinance NGOs Act”, a Certification of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the Microfinance Regulatory Council (MNRC).
Included in the said list are the Accredited MF-NGOs for the periods 2022 to 2025 and 2023 to 2026, and the MF-NGO Certificate of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective 27 September 2023.
