This Circular is issued to announce the availability of the Offline eBIRForms Package Version 7.9.4.1 that can be downloaded from the following websites:
The Offline eBIRForms Package v7.9.4.1. contains the following modifications:
- Additional Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) in BIR Form No. 1702-RTv2018C, to wit:

| IC 101 | Regional Operating Headquarters |
| IC190 | Offshore Banking Units |
| IC191 | Foreign Currency Deposit Units |
- Updated 2023 Income Tax Rates on the following BIR Forms:
