Extension of Deadline for Filing of PSE Disclosure Form 17-1
The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) announced an extension of the deadline for filing PSE Disclosure Form 17-1 (Annual Report) for publicly listed companies with a fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 is extended until 15 May 2026. This extension follows the SEC Notice dated April 14, 2026, which extended the filing deadlines for 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS).
